INDIVIDUALS
Our MHFA courses are open to bikers, their close friends and their families.   The Mental Health First Aid Training can be completed from the convenience of your home or office, without the need to travel and at your own pace via interactive online self-study learning modules and webinars. You will ideally need access to a computer rather than a smartphone or tablet but it is possible to complete the course this way.                                      
The recommended fee for this course is at least £198, Mental Health Motorbike subsidise the course and are able to offer it for only £50.                                                                
Please note: The courses are only available to those living and/or working in Wales. The courses are all conducted in English and training takes around 12 to 14 hours and is split into 2 online modules and 2 webinar sessions. You must complete all of the online modules and attend both of the webinars to qualify. Missed sessions cannot be made up at a later date.

Please ensure that you are able to give your full attention to the course and are not travelling at any point during any of the sessions. This has happened several times recently and it disrupts the training for the other participants. It is important to recognise that this course covers material which you may find emotionally triggering. Your safety throughout the course is our absolute priority. Please only sign up for this course if you feel able to deal with discussions and examples of, depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and other mental health issues.   • Online self-study learning modules 1-3 to be completed by 21st April.
  • Group Webinar 1 on 22nd April between 5.45pm and 9pm.
  • Online self-study learning modules 4-5 completed by 28th April.
  • Group Webinar 2 on 29th April between 5.45pm and 9pm.

Please note our refund terms below

You are legally entitled to change your mind about attending a MHFA course, and receive a full refund if you cancel within 14 days of booking.  After that time, we are unable to refund you.  We may sometimes be able to transfer your booking to another course date, providing that you have made your request at least 14 days before your booked course is due to start.  We reserve the right to refuse any transfer request made within 14 days of course commencement.

Mental Health Motorbike hopes that you understand our position, as a charity we are very careful to make every penny donated to us count.  Short notice cancellations make it unlikely that we can re-sell the place, and we would have to use our funds to cover the shortfall.
